A contact can be associated to one or more Projects in the following manner:
1. Select a Project
2. Pull down the Project menu and select Contacts
3. From the Contact Log, click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the contact that you wish to edit
4. In the Project Address table you may make the following settings:
- On the "New Projects" line you may select "None" or one of the defined project addresses.
- If you select "None", when a new eSUB Project is created; this Contact will not be associated with that new Project. However, if you select one of the defined project addresses then when a new eSUB Project is created this contact will be associated to any new Projects using the selected project address.
- On the "All Projects" line you may select "None" or one of the defined project addresses.
- If you select "None" this allows you to set a variety of addresses for the contact on a variety of projects (see next bullet.) However, if you select one of the defined project addresses then this contact will be associated to all Projects using the selected project address.
- On the remaining project lines you may select "None" or one of the defined project addresses.
- If you select "None" then this contact will not be associated to that Project. However, if you select one of the defined project addresses then this contact will be associated to that Project using the selected project address.
5. Save Data
