How do I set up my PIN for Timecard approval?

An Approval PIN is required in order to approve Timecards. You must be an Administrator or higher user level to set up an Approval PIN. To set up the Approval PIN for a user, take the following steps:

1. Pull down the Start menu > Settings > Administration
2. Select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the user
3. Enter the desired PIN in the Approval PIN field
4. Repeat the desired PIN in the Approval PIN Confirmation field
5. Select Save Data
