The report calculates your project’s efficiency based upon the following formulas:
Example 1: Right-click and select View Image to view the example [Used Hours/Total Budgeted Hours] x 100% = Percent Used Hours then [Percent Complete/Percent Used Hours] x 100 = Percent of Efficiency then [Total Budgeted Hours/[Percent of Efficiency/100] = Projected Used Hours then Projected Used Hours – Used Hours = Projected Remaining Hours |
