Question:
How much storage space will eSUB Time mobile app take up on my phone?
Answer:
The app will only use around 20 MBs (includes data and app) of space on your phone.

Question:
Will using the mobile app drain my battery?
Answer:
No background services are used with the app – this means that the battery is used only when opened.

Question:
Can an employee still punch in/out or record time in the mobile app when there is no internet connectivity?
Answer:
Yes, all functionality is fully supported offline, meaning that an employee can punch in/out (or enter time manually) when there is no internet connectivity. The time that was entered offline will be posted once there is internet connectivity.

What mobile devices are supported?
Answer:
The eSUB Time mobile app is available on iOS and Android devices.

Question:
Will the mobile app still track time if I log out without punching out?
Answer:
Yes, the app will continue to track the employee’s time until they punch out of the app.

Question:
Is the mobile app tracking my movements?
Answer:
No, the app will not track the movement of employees. If Location Services is enabled, the app will only record the employees’ punch in/out locations.

Question:
Am I able to switch projects on the mobile app without having to punch out?
Answer:
Yes, there is a “Switch” button on the app that allows you to easily switch between projects without having to punch out.
