Question: |
My field guys won’t use the eSUB Time mobile app and will fight me about it. They think I’m implementing a big brother solution. How can we combat that? |
Answer: |
Your employees are your most valuable asset and it is important for them to know that you trust them. The implementation of eSUB Time is to help them. To encourage adoption, it’s important to communicate the BENEFITS to employees.
- Hire more resources to help you! Tracking time accurately to specific projects allows the company to determine if we need to hire more people to reduce the workload and fatigue on employees.
- Time tracking made easy! No more paper time cards that get lost and then having to recreate them.
- No more surprises when you get your paycheck! You can view, verify and resolve any discrepancies before you get paid.
- Resolve time card rejections quickly! You can quickly and easily have a conversation with your PM/foreman or Accounting about time card issues or discrepancies to make sure you get paid accurately and on time.
- Easily schedule PTO and vacation! You can request/schedule time off from just a few touches on your phone – no more back and forth paper shuffle.
