Adding eSUB to Safe Sender List

To ensure eSUB emails, such as new user activation and document emails, are not blocked or sent to spam, you should add eSUB to your Safe Sender list. Below is a guide on how to add esubonline.com to the Safe Senders List:

For clients that use Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), add esubonline.com to the domain-wide allow list.  This policy can be found under this location: https://defender.microsoft.com/antispam.

Outlook

The following are steps to add eSUB to your Safe Sender list depending if you are using New Outlook or Classic Outlook:

Gmail

1. Click on the gear icon at the top of the right screen.
2. Click on the See all settings.
3. Click on the Filters and Blocked Addresses.
4. Click on the Create a new filter.
5. In the From field, enter the esubonline.com, then click on the Create filter button.
6. Check the box next to Never send it to Spam, then click on the Create filter button.
7. Repeat step 4 and add esubonline.com in the "From" field. 

Yahoo Mail

1. Under the Yahoo! Mail logo, click the address book icon.
2. Click on Contacts, then +Add a new contact.

1. Populate the fields, adding the email esubonline.com
2. Click on the Save button.
3. Repeat this process and add esubonline.com as a new contact.
