To ensure eSUB emails, such as new user activation and document emails, are not blocked or sent to spam, you should add eSUB to your Safe Sender list. Below is a guide on how to add esubonline.com to the Safe Senders List:
For clients that use Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), add esubonline.com to the domain-wide allow list. This policy can be found under this location: https://defender.microsoft.com/antispam.
Outlook
The following are steps to add eSUB to your Safe Sender list depending if you are using New Outlook or Classic Outlook:

Gmail
- Click on the gear icon at the top of the right screen.
- Click on the See all settings.
- Click on the Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click on the Create a new filter.
- In the From field, enter the esubonline.com, then click on the Create filter button.
- Check the box next to Never send it to Spam, then click on the Create filter button.
- Repeat step 4 and add esubonline.com in the "From" field.
Yahoo Mail
- Under the Yahoo! Mail logo, click the address book icon.
- Click on Contacts, then +Add a new contact.
- Populate the fields, adding the email esubonline.com
- Click on the Save button.
- Repeat this process and add esubonline.com as a new contact.
