Logos and Letterheads – eSUB Help Center

Overview

Custom Logos and Letterheads may be uploaded into the eSUB software with the following requirements:

Logo	Letterhead
The graphic image must have a ".gif" file extension File vertical dimension is 100 pixels File horizontal dimension is 425 pixels	The graphic image must have a ".gif" file extension File vertical dimension is 960 pixels File horizontal dimension is 720 pixels Header depth must not exceed 100 pixels from top
NOTE: Images not meeting recommended dimensions and file extension may interfere with data display

How to upload a Logo

eSUB subscribers may feel free to email their company logo and/or letterhead to support@esub.com for processing and uploading. Requests typically take up to one business day to process.

Pull down the Start > Settings > Administration > Company Setup > Company Preferences > Logo
Select Browse
Locate and select the desired logo GIF file on your local drive.
Select Open
Select Upload File

Locate and select the desired letterhead GIF file on your local drive.
Select Open
