Unused, custom Milestones can be deleted by an Executive Administrator level user.
NOTE: System default milestones that cannot be removed.
Only the milestones that have no associated dates to it can be deleted.
Milestones that have associated dates, the delete icon is grayed out.
Once signed on as that Executive Administrator, follow these steps:
- Go to Start > Administration
- Select Company Setup
- Select Milestones; on the ‘Add Milestones’ screen, observe the buttons under the ACTION section on the left: The Pencil (Edit) and the ‘X’ (Delete) icons.
- Click on the ‘X’ (Delete) icon to delete the unused, custom Milestone
- Click the Yes button to the question “Are you sure you want to delete this milestone?”
This will refresh the screen and the Milestone will no longer show. Repeat these steps as necessary.
