Final Retention Payment

At the time of job completion, follow the steps outlined below to enter in the final retention payment. For more information on entering pay apps click here. 

1. From the enter pay apps page be sure to click the box for "Last Pay Application" next to the Pay App number field. 
2. In the "Total Retainage" put the remaining retainage payment in as a negative number.
3. Enter the final amount due in the "Payment Due" box and save your pay app.
