PlanGrid RFI Synchronization – eSUB Help Center

Overview

eSUB’s latest feature enhancement allows users to enable RFI’s to synchronize between eSUB and PlanGrid. The following actions will trigger RFI Synchronization between the associated eSUB and PlanGrid projects:

The Enable RFI Synchronization setting is enabled in eSUB
User creates a new RFI
User edits an existing RFI
User views the RFI Log

NOTE: RFI’s created prior to enabling RFI Synchronization must be re-saved before appearing in the associated eSUB or PlanGrid project.

Enable PlanGrid RFI Synchronization

Go to Start > Settings > Administration > Company Setup
Select Company Preferences > PlanGrid
Select the Enable RFI Synchronization check-box
Select Save Data
