User Data Access

eSUB allows account administrators to control the level of access users have to various documents within the system. To access these options follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Once logged into eSUB go to Start > Administration

  2. The next page that loads will be the account User log, click on the  icon for the appropriate user to edit their access levels.
  3. Scroll down the page to edit access to items as needed. For example, turn off access to Change Orders or turn on the ability to delete daily reports. Be sure to save any changes.
