In this session you will learn how to add and set up a project. This includes getting the right people associated with the project, entering budgets, adding milestones, and uploading relevant files for the field and office to see. This session will allow you to set up your projects for success - think “measure twice, cut once”. This is a great beginner session for eSUB Administrators and Project Managers who will be adding their own projects to the system.
