Overview
The Graphs menu will generate useful graphs based on information within a project on a project-by-project basis.
The Graphs menu can be reached from the Project Management module. To view a project graph, take the following steps:
Select the project, then:
1. Go to Graphs > Select the desired Graph type

Shows overview of how many Labor Hours were actually used vs. planned thus far in the project.
- Data is broken out by week
- Dates must first be entered in the As Planned hours section under Project Configuration
- To enter As Planned Hours and update the Actual Dates:
- Select the project, then: Go to Project > Configure > Advanced Setup > Enter As Planned Hours By Week
- Select the project, then: Go to Project > Configure > Advanced Setup > Enter As Planned/Actual Dates

As Planned Hours By Labor Activity
Shows overview of the estimated Labor Activities hours vs. actual Labor Activities hours used to date on the project.
- Data is broken out by Labor Activity
- Labor Activity hours estimates must first be entered in the Estimated Labor and Material Costs section
- To enter Labor Activity hours estimates:
- Go to Project > Configure > Add Estimated Labor and Material Costs

Displays a graph representing the Regular vs. Delayed Labor Hours expended on the project.
- Data is broken out by month
- Must have Daily Report hours in more than one month in order to display graph

- Must have more than one Work Type in Daily Reports in order to display graph

- Data is broken out by Labor Class
- Must have more than one Labor Class used in Daily Reports in order for graph to display
