Change Order Requests - Default Markups

You can add default markups to your change orders through a project-specific setting. Take the following steps to add a default mark up to your change orders on the specified project:

Select the project, then:

1. Go to Project > Configure Project > Advanced Setup > Project Preferences > CORs
2. Enter the desired default mark up in the associated fields:
   
   • Default Hidden Mark up
   • Default Custom
   • Default Gross Margin Percent
   • Default Overhead Percent
   • Default Bond Percent
