During the second quarter of 2021, the eSUB Product Management and Development teams released the following enhancements: 
 

Integrations: 

Viewpoint Vista PM Change Order Management 

Following the Viewpoint Vista integration release in Q1 2021 we have added an additional key integration to the Viewpoint Vista Project Management (PM) module.   

This release provides Vista integration customers the ability to send Change Orders directly to the Vista Project Management (PM) Module. The PM integration creates a change order in Vista PM and then updates additions or changes automatically from eSUB. This keeps eSUB and Vista PM Pending and Approved Change Orders in sync.     

Using Ryvit as the integration partner allows our clients to tailor their integration to meet specific needs around data manipulation and defaults, creating a true custom experience.   

All Change Orders are now continually synced.  

Messages are posted on the COR approval screen.

Estimate details are brought into Vista 

Change Orders are moved from pending to approved via eSUB.
