Why can't my users login on mobile?

The eSUB mobile application will reflect the same user data access permissions as in your account online. If you've blocked a user from accessing the Project Management module in eSUB, those users will have trouble accessing the system on a mobile device. 

An account administrator will need to update the user permissions on the web, giving access to the project management module as seen in the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Go to Navigate>Administration
  2. On the next page click on the padlock icon next to the user
  3. Under the Product section of the user data access page, make sure the user has been given "Full Access" to Project Management and save your changes. 

 

Once this update to the user data access has been made, field users will be able to login to eSUB Field Works app without issue.
