Cost To Complete

View and calculate a Cost To Complete summary for the entered date.

Actual Costs Through [ date ] - Enter the date of the Cost To Complete.

Labor Costs - Enter the current actual labor costs.

Material Costs - Enter the current actual material costs.

Subcontractor Costs - Enter the current actual subcontractor costs.

Other Costs - Enter the current actual other costs.

Projected Additional Cost / Rev Labor Rate / Hour - Enter the projected additional labor rate per hour.

Material Costs - Enter any projected additional material costs.

Subcontractor Costs - Enter any projected additional subcontractor costs.

Other Costs - Enter any projected additional other costs.

Notes - Enter any notes concerning the Cost To Complete calculation.

Click the Calculate button to accept the entered data and calculate the Cost To Complete summary.

Click the Archive button to accept the entered data and archive the Cost To Complete summary.

Project Manager - Displays the name of the Project's manager.

Copy To Sender - Check if you wish to receive a copy of the Cost To Complete summary.

Notes - Enter any notes to be included on the email accompanying the Cost To Complete summary.

Email To - Select one or more recipients of the Cost To Complete summary email.

Click the Send Email button to email the Cost To Complete summary to the selected recipients.
