Project Preferences

Set preferences for the current Project on how to handle certain fields and data.

General

Logo

Project Logo

Select the logo to display in the upper left of eSUB pages for the current Project, or accept the default logo shared by all Projects.

 

Logo Height

Enter the height (in pixels) of the project logo.  eSUB recommends the default height of 100 pixels.

 

Logo Width

Enter the width (in pixels) of the project logo.  A value of zero will display the project logo proportionally based upon the "Logo Height" value.  eSUB recommends the default height of 0 pixels.

Letterhead

Project Letterhead

Select the letterhead you wish to display on eSUB documents for the current Project or accept the default letterhead.

Forms

General (Forms)

Display Rows Between Log Headers

Enter the number of rows to display on eSUB logs before repeating the log's column headers.

Display Rows Per Log Page

Enter the number of rows to display on a eSUB log page.  Once this limit is reached paging logic will be invoked.

Display Rows Per Standard Page

Enter the number of rows to display on a eSUB standard pages.  Once this limit is reached paging logic will be invoked.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Daily Reports (Documents)

Show Full Return To / From Address

Select "Yes" if you wish to display the full return to / from address on eSUB Daily Report documents for the current Project.

Show Column Outlines

Select "Yes" if you wish to display table column outlines on eSUB Daily Report documents for the current Project.

Daily Reports (Forms)

Daily Report Edit Window

Enter the number of days in the past to allow users to edit Daily Reports.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Requests For Information (Documents)

Show Full Return To / From Address

Select "Yes" if you wish to display the full return to / from address on eSUB Request For Information documents for the current Project.

Show Column Outlines

Select "Yes" if you wish to display table column outlines on eSUB Request For Information documents for the current Project.

Requests For Information (Forms)

Default Days Reply Requested By

Enter the default number of days to be supplied in the "To mitigate schedule delay, return by the following date" field on the Enter RFI page.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Change Order Requests (Documents)

Show Full Return To / From Address

Select "Yes" if you wish to display the full return to / from address on eSUB Change Order Request documents for the current Project.

Show Pricing Details

Select "Yes" if you wish to display the pricing details on eSUB Change Order Request documents for the current Project.

Amount Rounding

Select the type of numeric rounding to apply to Change Order Requests for the current Project.

Show Column Outlines

Select "Yes" if you wish to display table column outlines on eSUB Change Order Request documents for the current Project.

Change Order Requests (Forms)

Default Gross Margin Percent

Enter the default gross margin percent to display on Change Order Requests for the current Project.

Default Overhead Percent

Enter the default overhead percent to display on Change Order Requests for the current Project.

Default Bond Percent

Enter the default bond percent to display on Change Order Requests for the current Project.

Default Days Valid

Enter the default number of days to be supplied in the "Days Valid" field on the Enter COR page.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Submittals / Transmittals (Documents)

Show Full Return To / From Address

Select "Yes" if you wish to display the full return to / from address on eSUB Transmittal / Submittal documents for the current Project.

Show Receipt Area

Select "Yes" if you wish to display a receipt signature area on eSUB Transmittal / Submittal documents for the current Project.

Show Column Outlines

Select "Yes" if you wish to display table column outlines on eSUB Transmittal / Submittal documents for the current Project.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Purchase Orders (Documents)

Show Column Outlines

Select "Yes" if you wish to display table column outlines on eSUB Purchase Order documents for the current Project.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Pay Applications (Forms)

Default Percentage of Retainage

Enter a value for percentage of retainage that will be used as the default value when entering new Pay Applications for the current Project.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Correspondence (Documents)

Font

Enter the font you wish to display on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Recommended Fonts

Select the font you wish to display on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Font Size

Enter the HTML font size you wish to display on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Show Full Signer Address

Select "Yes" if you wish to display the signer's full address on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Signer Title Location

Select the location where you wish to display the signer's title on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Date Format

Select the date format you wish to display on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Custom Footer Information

Enter a custom footer that you wish to display on eSUB Correspondence documents for the current Project.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Reports (Forms)

Project Timeline Display Window

Enter the default number of days to be displayed on the Project Timeline.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Timecards (Forms)

Work Week Default

Select the work week that will appear as the default work week on Enter Timecard.

Week Ending Day

Select the day of the week that is your Company's payroll week ending day.

Per Diem Pay Threshold

Enter the number of hours per day at which per diem pay begins to be accrued by the employee.

Review Delay

Enter the number of seconds to display the timecard review page before the page refreshes to enter a new timecard.

Display All Labor Activities

Select "Yes" to display all labor activities on the Enter Timecard / Edit / Approve Timecards pages; select "No" to display only those labor activities having estimated hours.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Project Preferences in your eSUB database.

 

Notes

  • Project Preferences affect only the current Project.  Use Company Preferences to set preferences that affect all Projects.
