Edit an existing Employee for the Company. To access this page go to Navigate>Administration>Employee Log.
Use the edit icon next to the employee to begin edits.
Edit the number by which you identify the Employee.
Edit the first name of the Employee.
Edit the last name of the Employee.
Address (line 1)
Edit the first line of address of the Employee.
Address (line 2)
Edit the second line of address of the Employee.
Edit the city of the Employee.
State / Province
Edit the state of the Employee.
ZIP / Post Code
Edit the ZIP / post code of the Employee.
Edit the Market Area to which the Employee is associated (see Add Market Area.)
Edit the Labor Class of the Employee (see Add Labor Class.)
Add Employee to New Projects
Check this box to indicate that this Employee should automatically be associated to any new Projects created in the future.
Leave this box blank if you wish to add this Employee to Projects on a Project-by-Project basis.
Displays the number of the Project.
Displays the name of the Project.
Check the box for each Project to which the Employee may have access. All existing Projects are listed in the log.
Click the Save Data button to accept the edited data and file the Employee in your eSUB database.
After saving you will be returned to the Add Employee page.
