Review all of your project Submittals and Transmittals from one centralized location. 

T/S Type

Select a Transmittal / Submittal type on which to base your T/S search (select "All" if you wish to include all types.)

Status

Select a Transmittal / Submittal status on which to base your T/S search (select "All" if you wish to include all statuses.)

Click the Search button to view a log of all Transmittal / Submittals meeting the selection criteria.

Action

Displays various Action Icons that allow you to manage an existing Transmittal / Submittal.  The actions available to you depend upon your User Level.

    Click to edit the associated Transmittal / Submittal.

    Click to attach files to the associated Transmittal / Submittal.

    Click to email the associated Transmittal / Submittal.

    Click to set a Microsoft Outlook™ reminder for the associated Transmittal / Submittal.

    Click to approve the associated Submittal.

    Click to view the associated Transmittal / Submittal.

Trans No

Displays the number of the Transmittal.

Sub No

Displays the number of the Submittal.

Send To

Displays the name of the company to which the Transmittal / Submittal was sent.

Method Sent

Displays the method by which the Transmittal / Submittal was sent.

Reason For Sending

Displays the reason for which the Transmittal / Submittal was sent.

Copy To

Displays the name of the person to which a copy of the Transmittal / Submittal was sent.

Date Sent

Displays the date on which the Transmittal / Submittal was sent.

Return By

Displays the date by which the Transmittal / Submittal has been requested to be returned.

Returned On

Displays the date on which the Transmittal / Submittal was returned.

Lines

Displays the total number of lines comprising the Transmittal / Submittal.

Current Status

Displays the status of the Transmittal / Submittal.

  • Pending — T/S has been submitted to recipient; pending approval.

  • Approved —  T/S has been approved.

  • Void —  T/S has been voided.

Subject

Displays the subject of the Transmittal / Submittal.

Notes

Displays the Transmittal / Submittal notes.
