Submittal Log

Manage existing eSUB Submittals / Transmittals (S/T) for the current Project.

S/T Type

Select a Submittal / Transmittal type on which to base your T/S search (select "All" if you wish to include all types.)

Status

Select a Submittal / Transmittal status on which to base your T/S search (select "All" if you wish to include all statuses.)

Click the Search button to view a log of all Submittal / Transmittals meeting the selection criteria.

Action

Displays various Action Icons that allow you to manage an existing Submittal / Transmittal.  The actions available to you depend upon your User Level.

    Click to edit the associated Submittal / Transmittal.

    Click to attach files to the associated Submittal / Transmittal.

    Click to email the associated Submittal / Transmittal.

    Click to set a Microsoft Outlook™ reminder for the associated Submittal / Transmittal.

    Click to generate a PDF of the associated Submittal / Transmittal.

    Click to view the associated Submittal / Transmittal.

    Click to approve the associated Submittal.

Trans No

Displays the number of the Submittal.

Sub No

Displays the number of the Transmittal.

Send To

Displays the name of the company to which the Submittal / Transmittal was sent.

Method Sent

Displays the method by which the Submittal / Transmittal was sent.

Reason For Sending

Displays the reason for which the Submittal / Transmittal was sent.

Copy To

Displays the name of the person to which a copy of the Submittal / Transmittal was sent.

Date Sent

Displays the date on which the Submittal / Transmittal was sent.

Return By

Displays the date by which the Submittal / Transmittal has been requested to be returned.

Returned On

Displays the date on which the Submittal / Transmittal was returned.

Lines

Displays the total number of lines comprising the Submittal / Transmittal.

Current Status

Displays the status of the Submittal / Transmittal.

  • Pending — S/T has been submitted to recipient; pending approval.

  • Approved —  S/T has been approved.

  • Void —  S/T has been voided.

Subject

Displays the subject of the Submittal / Transmittal.

Notes

Displays the Submittal / Transmittal notes.
