Estimated vs Actual Labor Hours

View your Company's estimated versus actual labor hours for the current Project.

Glossary:

Phase No - Displays the number of the Phase.

Phase - Displays the description of the Phase.

Orig Est Hrs - Displays the number of original estimated hours for the Phase.

COR Est Hrs - Displays the number of Change Order Request estimated hours for the Phase.

Tot Est Hrs - Displays the total number of estimated hours for the Phase.

Total Estimated Hours = Original Estimated Hours + COR Estimated Hours

Act Hrs - Displays the total actual hours accrued for the Phase.

Fld Est % Comp - Displays the field estimated percent complete of the Phase.

Calc Hrs - Displays the hours calculated based upon the "Field Estimated Percent Complete" of the Phase.

  • Calculated Hours = Field Estimated Percent Complete x Total Estimated Hours

Curr Var - Displays current variance of the hours of the Phase.

Current Variance = Calculated Hours - Actual Hours

Curr Prod Rate - Displays the current productivity rate of the Phase.

Current Productivity Rate = Calculated Hours / Actual Hours

Proj Final Hrs - Displays the projected final hours of the Phase.

  • Projected Final Hours = Total Estimated Hours / Current Productivity Rate

Proj Final Var - Displays the projected final variance of the Phase.

  • Projected Final Variance = Total Estimated Hours - Projected Final Hours

Proj Rmn Hrs - Displays the projected remaining hours of the Phase.

  • Projected Remaining Hours = Projected Final Hours - Actual Hours
