Manage existing eSUB Timecards (TC) for the current and other Projects.
Click this link to create an Excel™ spreadsheet of the Timecard Log in a new browser window. Any search or sort selections previously applied to the TC log will be reflected in the spreadsheet.

Enter the Timecard week-ending date on which to base your TC search.
Select an Employee on which to base your TC search (select "All" if you wish to include all Employees.)
Select a Project on which to base your TC search (select "All" if you wish to include all Projects.)
Click the Search For... button to view a log of all Timecards meeting the selection criteria.
Displays various Action Icons that allow you to manage an existing Timecard. The actions available to you depend upon your User Level.
Click to edit the associated Timecard.
Number - Displays the number of the Employee.
Employee - Displays the name of the Employee.
Date - Displays the date of the Timecard.
Project - Displays the project of the Timecard.
System - Displays the system of the Timecard.
Phase - Displays the phase of the Timecard.
Hours 1x - Displays the single-time hours of the Timecard.
Hours 1.5x - Displays the time-and-a-half hours of the Timecard.
Hours 2x - Displays the double-time hours of the Timecard.
Expenses - Displays the expenses of the Timecard.
You may sort the log in various ways by clicking on one of the underlined column headings (see General Information.)
