Edit associated Labor Activity Estimates on your projects. Editing Labor Activities estimates is also available on the Project Setup.
Project > Setup > Add Estimated Labor and Material Cost.
New Labor Activity Estimate
- Select the System/Phase from the Parent Project/System > Select...
- Click
.
- Add Labor Activity Estimates.
- Save Data.
Edit Labor Activity Estimate
- Select the System/Phase from the Parent Project/System > Select...
- Click
.
- Update Labor Activity Estimates.
- Save Data.
Labor Activity Estimates appear on:
Reports
- As Planned Hours > "As Planned Hours"
- Labor Activity Summary > "Orig Est Hours" " COR Est Hours" "%Budget Used"
- Material Cost Summary > "Est Material Cost" "Est COR Cost" "Total Cost" "%Budget Used"
- Financial Summary > "Estimated Material Cost" "Available to Purchase"
Graphs
- As Planed Hours by Labor Activity > "Estimated"
- Est Material Cost: Forecast cost in purchase orders to be ordered using each labor activity.
- Est COR Cost: Forecast cost in purchase orders, derived from predicted change orders, using each labor activity.
- Orig Est Hours: Forecast hours on daily reports to be reported using each labor activity.
- COR Est Hours: Forecast hours on daily reports, derived from predicted change orders, using each labor activity.
- Total Est Hours: Total hours for each labor activity. (Org Est Hours + COR Est Hours = Total Est Hours).
- Pct Hours: Percent of total hours for each labor activity. (Total Est Hours line item \ Total Est Hours total = Pct Hours)
