Add PO to Microsoft Outlook™ Calendar

Add a reminder of the selected eSUB Purchase Order (PO) to your Microsoft Outlook™ calendar by clicking  from the Purchase Order Log.

Reminder Date

Enter the date on which you wish to schedule the reminder. eSUB provides a default reminder date based upon the document date.

Subject

Enter the subject of the reminder.  eSUB provides a default subject based upon the document type and number and Project.  This will appear on the Microsoft Outlook™ "Subject" field.

Location

Enter a location associated with the reminder.  eSUB provides a default subject based upon the document type and number.  This will appear on the Microsoft Outlook™ "Location" field.

Start Time

Enter the start time of the reminder.  This will appear on the Microsoft Outlook™ "Start Time" field.

End Time

Enter the end time of the reminder.  This will appear on the Microsoft Outlook™ "End Time" field.

Notes

Enter the reminder notes.  This will appear on the Microsoft Outlook™ "Notes" field.

Click the Add To Outlook™ button to accept the entered data and file the reminder on your Microsoft Outlook™ calendar.

 

Notes

  • The popup window will close automatically upon data submission.
