Enter Incoming Correspondence

Enter new eSUB Incoming Correspondence for the current Project.

Custom Correspondence Number

eSUB will automatically generate a sequential identification number for this Incoming Correspondence; this may be optionally overridden by entering a custom number for the Incoming Correspondence.

Date

Enter the date of the Incoming Correspondence.

Correspondence From

Select the project contact (see Project Contacts) who generated the Incoming Correspondence.  Only active Contacts appear as a selection.

Subject

Enter the subject of the Incoming Correspondence.

Notes

Enter any notes regarding the Incoming Correspondence.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the Incoming Correspondence in your eSUB database.

Notes

  • Once Incoming Correspondence has been entered it will appear on the Incoming Correspondence  Log from which it may be edited, etc.
