Email Daily Report

This video is on how to email from your account.  It reviews selecting who to email, additional comments, adding attachments, previewing attachments, email confirmations, email logs.

 

How to Email

1. From the DR Log, select the Email icon  next to the Daily Report you'd like to email.

2. Select who the email is going to

3. Select the Attachments you’d like to include and send Email.

Email Log

Incoming Emails - Displays the incoming emails associated with the current Daily Report.

Action - You can view the email by clicking  and delete the email by clicking 

Number - Displays the incoming email number associated with the current Daily Report.

Preview - Displays preview text of the email associated with the current Daily Report.

Date - Displays the date the email was sent.

Sent Emails - Displays the incoming emails associated with the current Daily Report.

Action - You can view the email by clicking .

Number - Displays the sent email number associated with the current Daily Report.

Who - Displays the email addresses of who was sent an email associated with the current Daily Report.

Preview - Displays preview text of the email associated with the current Daily Report.

Date - Displays the date the email was sent.

Glossary:

Email From - Shows the email address you used to login, and will be displayed when you send your email.  By default, all emails send out of eSUB will display as coming from your company. There is a User specific option for emails to display as coming from the individual.

Send Email as Person

1. Navigate > Administration > User Log

2. Select the edit icon  next to the name User you’d like to update.

3. Select Send email as Person and Save Data

 

Notes

  • eSUB will email the Daily Report document as a PDF:  In addition, the recipient receives an embedded hyperlink.  By clicking this link, the recipient may view and print the original DR document directly from your eSUB database.
