Add System

Think of a System as a building and a phase as a floor/level of that building. Multiple Systems may belong to a single Project.

System Number

Enter the code by which you identify the System.

System  Name

Enter a descriptive name of the System.

Parent Project

Select the Project to which this System belongs.

Click the Save Data button to accept the entered data and file the System in your eSUB database.


Log (Current Systems)


Displays various Action Icons that allow you to manage an existing System.

    Click to edit the associated System.

System No

Displays the number of the System.

System Name

Displays the name of the System.

Parent Project

Displays the name of the System's parent Project.



  • After saving the System will be added to the Current Systems log and you will be returned to this page.

  • When a new Project is added (via Add Project) a default System record for the Project is also created.  This default record's number is "SYS001" with a description of "DEFAULT System".  You may edit this record and assign it the proper number and description of the initial System for your Project.

  • Phases may be created and assigned to this System via Add Phase.
