Labor Activity

Labor Activity defines a specific work-related task performed by your Company. You might refer to them as cost codes. You also have the ability to import labor activities into your eSUB account. 

Users Who Can Access

Executive Administrator - To access account Labor Activity go to Navigate>Administration>Company Setup>Labor Activity

New Labor Activity

      1. Navigate > Administration
      2. Company Setup > Labor Activity
      3. Complete fields as outlined above
      4. Save Data

Edit Labor Activity

      1.  Edit (pencil icon) next to labor activity
      2. Update information
      3. Save Data

Status

Inactivate Labor Activity

Inactivating labor activity when you are no longer using it.

      1. Select Active next to labor activity

Active Labor Activity

Activate when you use a labor activity that has been inactivated.

      1. Labor Activity Status "Inactive" > Search For...
      2. Select Inactive next to labor activity

Notes

  • If there is a "-" on the Hide column under the project setup, the labor activity has been used on the project and may not be hid

  • This will affect current Labor Activities

 

Current Labor Activities

Action

Displays Action Icons that allow you to manage existing

    Edit information and projects it is displayed on

Code

Unique number to track each Labor Activity.  This may relate to a number you use in your financial package.  If your company does not currently use Codes, you can enter any number.

Labor Activity

Description of the Labor Activity

All Projects

Select whether the Labor Activity should be displayed or hidden by default.

Active On Form(s)

Select if the Labor Activity should show on All forms, just Daily Reports, or just RFIs.

Status

Active items show on projects, Inactive items do not show on projects.
