This video is on how to approve timecards. It reviews selecting timecards, approval pin, exporting, and hours breakdown report.
Note* Payroll Live must be set to active to export timecards. To set a project to payroll live, select the project on the select project page and then go to Project > Edit > check the box for Payroll Live and save data at the bottom of the page.
Enter the week ending date of the Timecards you are looking for.
Select the Employee to limit the Timecards displayed; select "All" to include all Employees.
Select a Project to limit the Timecards displayed; select "All" to include all Projects.
Click the Select button to accept the selected data and view the Timecards for the selected Employee and Project.
Displays various Action Icons that allow you to manage an existing Timecard. The actions available to you depend upon your User Level.
Click to edit the associated Timecard.
Displays the number of the Employee.
Displays the name of the Employee.
Displays the date of the Timecard.
Displays the Project to which the Timecard is associated.
Displays the System to which the Timecard is associated.
Displays the Phase to which the Timecard is associated.
Displays the number of regular time hours accrued by the Employee.
Displays the number of time-and-a-half hours accrued by the Employee.
Displays the number of double-time hours accrued by the Employee.
Displays the expenses accrued by the Employee.
Check to mark the associated Timecard for approval.
Enter your approval personal identification number (see Add User.)
Click the Approve button to approve the checked Timecards.
