Adding and Editing Users

This video reviews how to add new users and edit existing users in your eSUB account. It will all go into detail on how to block users from different parts of the product. For information on user level access, click here.

eSUB Administrators would need to add new users to the account. New users can be created by going to Navigate>Administration>Add User

 

This page allows you to enter a new eSUB User for the Company.  

User

Email Address

Email you'd like the User to log on with.  This is also the email you must email from, when emailing to docs@esubonline.com.   If the User does not have an email address, a unique "dummy" email address must be entered.

 

First Name

As you'd like it to appear on emails sent from eSUB.

 

Last Name

As you'd like it to appear on emails sent from eSUB.

 

Password

Defaults to "password", but can be changed now or at any time.

 

Password Confirmation

Enter the same password again

 

User Level

Select appropriate User Levels

 

Phone No

Main number for user, for internal records

 

Mobile No

Cell number for user, for internal records

 

Fax No

Fax number for user, for internal records

 

Notify

Option to enter an email you'd like to be notified every time this user logs on.  Multiple email addresses may be entered by separating them with a comma.

 

Approval PIN

Pin number for approving Timecards

 

Approval PIN Confirmation

Enter the same pin again

 

Add Users to New Projects

Automatically add user to all new projects that will be created.

 

List of Projects

Project No

Select to sort list of projects by project number.

 

Project Name

Select to sort list of projects by name.

 

Contract Start Date

Select to soft list of projects by project number.

 

Add User to Project

Select the projects you'd like to add the user to

 

New Contact Type

User

    1. Navigate > Administration
    2. Add User tab
    3. Complete fields as outlined above.
    4. Save Data

Notes

  • After saving the User will be added to the Users Log.

  • Each active, non-expired User counts toward your Company's total user licenses.  Users who have a status of inactive do not count toward the license total.
