How do I restart the QuickBooks Connector?

The QuickBooks Connector has stopped working, and I would like to restart it. How do I do that?
Answer:

To restart the QuickBooks Connector, please follow these steps:

  1. If the eSUB Connector is open, close it by selecting the X icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application window
  2. Ensure that QuickBooks is open
  3. Select the Windows icon in the task bar and type “services”
  4. Select the Services application in order to open it
  5. Right-click “eSUB QuickBooksService” from the list and select Restart
  6. Right-click “QB Connector V6” from the list and select Restart
  7. Re-open the eSUB QuickBooks Connector
